Rain...........

For those of you who actually missed me or my blogs.......................I'm back!!!
Its been raining cat and dogs here!! and this makes me eat my own words of liking water logged areas!!!
What do you say to this??



This is the condition in most places! *yuck*
Water water everywhere, and its not safe to drink any water!!*double yuck*

Today id ID..so Happy Id to all u muslim friends............all schools are off but not my daughter's school.It is a kind of "Brahmin school" so they have holiday for avani avatam but not for Id or good friday!!!!
And let me tell u that it is best rated schools in the country!

Accident prone!!!

I  have seen accident prone warning words like "accident prone curve,drive carefully" or "accident prone road". But have you ever seen or heard of an accident prone human???!!!!
Well for those of you who have seen me.....congrats !!! you have seen an accident prone human!
For those of you who havent............well!!life is too long, so you never know when we meet!!!!

There I have said it" I am accident prone."

If there is a glass door........trust me,I will bang into it. What happens next is upto your imgination.
Carry some books from this room to that........trust me I will drop it!
Water.........most harmless of all(so we think) I am capable of dropping that too!!!!
Now being a woman, who do I complain to??
As a kid, I remember my dad used to say"A bad worksman blames his tools!!"
Now who/what do I blame??
Am I a bad worksman??? No way..............

I am angry because just yesterday I was putting some clothes to wash..........I put my hand in the box to take the clothes out so that I could put it in the machine.Guess what happened??
When I took my hand out of the box I was bleeding and in pain! Guess what had gone wrong?
One of the pins in my dress had cut deep into my nail,which had broken and given way to endless flow of blood!!uufff...........
The other day, I had gone to a shoe shop......I was trying some shoes and unknowingly hit my head on the rack made of glass. Nothing happened to the rack(thank god for that!!) but I sported a bump on my head for two days !!

Now my question again.....who/what do I blame??
Why me??

Finally.........thought for the day:: When I dont understand what some one is saying,I usually just smaile and nod untill they stop  talking!!!!

sad,angry,disappointed.........all with whom?

Now just picturize this on your mind........a crowded street, a car comes and stops at the pedestrian foot path to help an old lady go to a shop close by( the fact that she got out of the car itself is a miracle). A pedestrian is walking by and in order to avoid the said car,she walks down to the road where an oncoming bike hits her...........Now whose fault is it??
The car driver .........he shouldnt have stopped at the pedestrian walk way...........but he only wanted to help the old lady............

The pedestrian..........she just wanted to move on!!!
The biker...........he was coming on his way!!

Now being a woman I want to complain. Women can complain (its thier janam sidh adhikar--for those of you who are not good in hindi it means --birth right). We can complain about husbands,kids,buses,roads, govt.........you name it and we can complain about it!!!

Women::cant live with them nor without them eh????

Finally : Thought for the day:: Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind dont matter and those who matter dont mind

Its not bad afterall!!

I have lived in places where it rains for ten days and the water is not logged for even a day and also places(read :place) where it rains for just one day and the water is logged for ten days!!!
Guess which one I like???
The latter!!!!
 I know. I know. Dirty water, diseases,wet dresses, etc etc.............but what the heck yaar!!
Its rained!!
Have you ever watched a child near water logged area??......
He/She splashes and has fun splashing water on others(especially those who dont want to get wet!!)
I currently live in Chennai.....it may be not the "city that never sleeps"; it may be not "pandavas indraprasta"
but what the heck!!! It has its own charm!!
Currently a cyclone passed over us,it was bad as far as weather report was concerned but for school going chilren................hurray....another holiday!
For parents.....the govt declares a holiday when the sun is shining!!!
For weather repoters ............we were wrong(again)!!
For people on the road...........(for some)god knows when this water will decrease!!
For many like me...........hurray!!!

Now on serious topics, I complained of Universal furniture yesterday thru my blog..........miracle happened.........guess what.......they called!!!
So if any of the Universal furniture guys are reading my blog,then please come again as there is still some work remaining to be done..............

Finally thought for the day::I wish mosquitoes sucked fat instead of blood!!!

My life has been going thru a roller coaster lately!Ups and downs are so much that I feel like puking at times!!!!
One thing that has made helped me regain my composure is sudarshankriya.I dont want to publisice about it here but that is the fact...........

I seemed to be going where ever life is taking me instead of going to where I want life to go!!!!

I have to write about a certain furniture guy who has me all boiled up!!!
We bought this furniture from Chennai Trade Fair from Universal furnitures last month. I have been trying to call them for a brush up.....but to no avail!!!
When it came to taking money............he was all sugar and candy but after purchase when i called for service..............all sugar and candy vanished into thin air!!!

Finally......thought for the day:: When life gives you lemons,throw them back and demand chocolate!!!
